Adds detail map support to WorldVertexTransition, using Source's detail format
Also gives it MAS type swapping
Adds variants of LitMAS+ that use the Source Engine detail map format instead of Unity's
Having 2 detail maps active at once broke the shader due to `maximum ps_5_0 sampler register index exceeded`

Also updates README to include Source shaders
